Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Buckle and Belle. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Returns or order issue requests MUST be made via EMAIL only not Social Media. Please review our return policy below:
- Returns for Store Credit Only: We offer store credit for returns, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue store credit via a gift card sent to your email.
- Return Period: Items that are eligible for returns must be back to us within 10 days from the date you received it, to receive store credit. If purchased in store you have 10 days from the date of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned with tags intact, unworn, and in their original condition. Jewelry & hair accessories CAN'T be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Discounted / Clearance Items: All clearance/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Exchanges : Due to order volume & the high risk of sellouts we ARE NOT ABLE TO process exchanges. Since WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES, if you need a different size or different item, PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER!
- Custom Orders: All custom orders are final!
Additional Notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Buckle & Belle Boutique reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise shows signs of damage or use.
- Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item if there are any errors or defects. We’re committed to resolving any issues promptly
- We are not responsible for any changes that may occur during the care process of your items -- (any discoloring/shrinkage/tears/rips while washing/drying/wearing) -- not a reason for return/refund/exchange
- We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
- You may return up to 5 items within a 90-day period, not including defective merchandise.
